For suppliers

Prove the route before asking for the buyer.

GMC reviews producers, title holders and authorized sellers in stages. We do not need every sensitive document on day one, but we do need a coherent legal and commercial route.

Minimum supplier file

What makes a supply route testable

  1. Legal seller.Exact entity, registration, address, signatory and proposed contractual role.
  2. Authority and control.Producer identity or the seller's current route to title, allocation or product control.
  3. Product evidence.Origin, form, specification, representative technical sheet and recent lot-linked COA when the stage supports it.
  4. Commercial basis.Available quantity, loading point, packing, schedule, Incoterm, validity, inspection, documents and payment procedure.

Before submission

Three fast rejection checks

No unexplained payee

The seller, invoice issuer, beneficiary and bank-account name must form a coherent chain.

No evergreen quote

Every price needs a defined product, quantity, basis, named place, currency, date and validity.

No generic POP bundle

Old COAs, photos and templates do not prove current authority or availability.
